Is it a from of matter. If Yes then Is it a from of gas or plasma state? Where science categorize a fire?

fire is a self-sustaining oxidation process accompanied by heat and light in the form of a glow or flames

its like a type of combustion

practically it is glowing gas people mistake it for plasma which it is not

scientifically it is an electrically neutral, highly ionized gas composed of ions, electrons, and neutral particles

It is a form of matter and it's basically an oxidized reaction with gas. The "standard" fire mainly reacts with O2 gas. Fire is highly exothermic as well.
