Software engineer.

I don't dislike my job, I am very good at it, and I am well compensated. However, after darn near two decades sitting in a cubical cranking out wonderful bits of code I can't help but wonder what I am going to do next.

I have several interesting talents/hobbies. However, I don't believe I could make a living at any of them nor would I want them to start feeling like work. The exception to this is home brewing. I make an *excellent* beer and have considered going pro. However, creating a fantastic product and running a successful business, especially in such a highly competitive market are two different skills.

Barring that, my two top choices are:

1) Millionaire playboy

2) Gentleman rancher

Accounts clerk. I work in Aviation Insurance. To make me sound more exciting once my son told all his schoolfriends I was a pilot - well there is a very vague connection! I am bored to tears with my job but sadly am pretty good at it and earn more than I would doing something else, so am kinda stuck. But I can dream of being a pilot ...

I'm a competitive research analyst in the insurance industry - I'm getting bored with insurance and doing simple pricing models. I want to go back to school and get a master's degree in applied statistics or get an MBA - I want to do more sophisticated research. So I love research, but not my current position.

i'm a hotel manager and qualified, time served chef, thinking about getting out of catering as you obviously work all the hours sent and work when other people are on holiday - just like nurses etc.
Would love a job outside where i can take my dog and not have to think! Any offers?

I'm a Programmer/Analyst and I've been doing it for about 20 years or so.

I never wanted to do this job in the first place!
I... I wanted to be...

A LUMBERJACK!

Leaping from tree to tree! As they float down the mighty rivers of
British Columbia! With my best girl by my side!
The Larch!
The Pine!
The Giant Redwood tree!
The Sequoia!
The Little Whopping Rule Tree!
We'd sing! Sing! Sing!

Oh, I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay,
I sleep all night and I work all day...........
