I am guessing this is not a sincere and serious question, but nonetheless I will give a serious answer.

There are better ways of dealing with mental problems. Frontal lobotomy is a drastic approach. While it may help the specific symptoms, there are side effects, which can and do include the inability to suppress impulses, lack of inhibitions needed for life within our society, and increased risk of dementia in elder years.

I have seen these things firsthand in a family member who had one 45 years ago.
