I am debating between a fully integrated kitchen or a kitchen wherein the appliances are brand names fitted into a kitchen (with a seamless cover). The main reason is what happens if any integrated appliance stops working, how 2 get it repaired (it is easier to replace a brand name appliance)... any thoughts

most brand names make fully integrated appliances so what exactly are you debating?, whether to buy cheapo or not, they all fit the same and come with similar warranties.

any more info?

it somewhat is the landlords duty, no longer the renters. As a former landlord myself, i replaced into perpetually paying for alternative fridges and stoves. All of that have been used appreciably by employing distinctive tenants over the years. home equipment do no longer final perpetually, all of them have a provider existence in the previous placed on and tear demands alternative. Make a call to an equipment broking who has understanding with regard to the kind of oven that failed and ask with regard to the approximate existence of that real oven. possibly the guy you flow to with provides an estimate for repairing the oven, offering areas are attainable.
