it is true. scars cannot be perminanently removed but there are alot of things that could help make them less visible. You could try using natural aloe from the aloe vera plants or even neosporin. I really like both of those for minimizing scars. Honestly though i believe the aloe works the best. good luck.

I would exfoliate your whole face by taking a wash clothe and putting really mild soap on it like dove soap, and exfoliate your face every night before bed. this will get rid of your dead skin and make new ones form, meaning scar will fade faster. If you have pale skin, sorry don't really know what else you can do but with tan skin and darker skin tones you can exfoliate every night and put a nice light lotion on and after about a week of doing so, go out side and sit in the sun alittle bit, because exfoliating can make you skin a lighter color. But that work for me. I exfoliate than tan, and repeat the scar fades amazingly.

scars can be minimized, but they truly are permanent marks of permanent damage to the skin. Scars do fade over time, but they do not go away, and there isn't much you can do about them. Even plastic surgery causes scars, it's just that the surgeons are skilled at putting the scars where they are less noticeable.

Only time can fade the scar. Scars are permanent damage, and the topical cream/oil can accelerate the process but not much. Trust me, I have tried everything. The only other alternative is cosmetic surgery (ask your dermatologist for procedures like micro-dermabrasion).

Microderm abrasion. Kinda like sanding them down. Generally, you can reduce the appearance of scars, but not get rid of them completely.
