How old are you? Under 18? Under 13?
If your under 18 you parents can email/call-in a request that Myspace deletes your account and there is nothing you can do about it. If you are under 13 Myspace will ban your ip if your parents contact them because you are not allowed to create an account and that is a law.
They do not need your password, or anything like that, if Myspace fails to grant their request they can sue.

If your browser is set to remember your password, then yes.

If you're under 18, I suppose legally she would have the right. Even if she can't close it, she can certainly restrict your access to the computer.

If you are not an Adult, your Parents or Gaurdians can pretty much restrict any access to anything that they want. Thats the law.
