Continue to chart your ovulation days. On these days is when you have as much sex as possible. On the arrival of your ovulation keep sex out of the picture. I have heard that to much sex b4 you ovulation days is bad. If possible I would speak to an OB/GYN they can help you in you struggle. Also try not to stress on getting pregnant that can also hurt Your chances. Good Luck

I think one of the better ways to do it from experience is the BBT method. On the first day of your period you start charting your temperature. When it DROPS which is usually day 12 or 14, that is when you ovulate. You will see the drop and the following day it will rise. It has to be a Basal Body thermometer because it measures the tiniest little rise or drop in temperature, even just a point. It is best if you do it early in the morning, like 4am-ish before you move or get out of bed. That is when it will be most accurate. You should have intercourse 3 days before ovulation, on the day of, and then 2-3 days afterwards.

there are many natural family planning techniques, but i am not familiar with them all. i had taken a human sexuality class and they touched on some of these. it might take some extra research.

testing your cervical mucus and its thickness is an indication of whether or not it is a good time or not. when it is thick, the sperm won't get as far. when it is thin (when you are ovulating) it will make it easier to conceive.

there are also thermometers (basal thermometer, i think?) that can tell you when the best time is

The best websites and ways to help you are:

www.fertilityfriend.com - that will help you with charting your bbt.
www.twoweekwait.com - tells about symptoms and success stories based on different forms of conception aides.
www.babyzone.com, webmd.com, babycenter.com are also good resources!

I highly recommend home ovulation tests and preseed (www.preseed.com)! Clear Blue Easy sells a ovulation home test w/ a smiley face as a result that I believe to be the best and easiest to understand. Good Luck and lots of baby wishes to you!
