I believe it means the state of being delusional.

I don't know if it is an actual word or not, but if it is not, you can be a trend setter and start using it in appropriate places. It probably will work out very well if you know someone who is delusional.

A personality describes a persons quality or condition. Delusionality must therefore imply that their quality or condition is delusional.
