Whilst watching "Jaws" the other night, I suddenly realised that I was on the sharks side and really wanted to see those kids get eaten. (part 2)
Anyone else either feel sympathy for the shark OR would have liked to have seen him get the upper hand?

Dude Kopitar has been playing and dominating in adult leagues since he was a teenager. You are right Brown does help him, but its a mutual relationship. I mean jeeze the guy is now tied with Superstar Ilya Kovalchuk for playoff leading scorer. I would say that puts him in consideration, I think both him and Doughty have moved from future superstars to present day ones.

I don't know man....the shark in Jaws had the upper hand throught the whole film, tearing, rending, and making snack kibbles and bits outta people! He had to go down because of it. If they portrayed him more sympathetic, like, people on the beach were screwing with his habitat...maybee.

yeah, definitely. I tend to root for the villians anyway so the shark definitely got my sympathy vote. He was just hungry and those kids did look delicious.

Yeah I root for the shark too.However at the beach I never go in past my waist cuz I'm scared something might get me.

i watch jaws last nite and i think that sharks can have a bad anme from films like that even when they don't really go hunting for humans espillary great white sharks!!

I always root for the bad guys - especially Dick Dastardly. I always wanted him to catch that damn pigeon. So yes, I'd like to see the shark eat all the Californian, sunkissed kids up. It serves them right.

yeah youre right! as a kid i was TERRIFIED of this movie but now it is just funny....that poor shark was victimised and tormented....those dumb people shouldnt have gone swimming and everything wouldve been FINE, FINE I TELLS YA!!!!!!

he wasnt fast enough , gave them too much time.should have just upended the boat and eaten them for lunch. its dog eat dog out there!
