You know, LOST was my favorite show, but I've personably never seen Heroes. I really need to get around to it though. I'm just answering this question because I want you to know that your not the only one that still cares about LOST! :)

"Wax" a Platonic superheroe capable of changing molecular structure from solid to liguid to gas and back again, virtually indestructable because if explosed the parts simply regenerate in another form and then change back. Weakness would be contamination from stray molecular matter combining with current dna. Advantages are wax can go into any environment and survive, the perfect spy and sabateur.

My name would be Seira(prounoced sarah).
Ever see or heard of Elfen Leid(anime)? In the anime these girls have things called vectors(invisible arms that come out the back) which can cut through anything including humans. Vectors also reflect bullets.
My power would be that and I would have 28 vectors with a range of 22 meters.

My character was born with her vectors but doesn't use them until she's three.

Speed. Definitely speed. If you move your fist towards someone face fast enough it'll hurt so "strength" is covered.
