It completely ar*ses me to tell the truth. I spent a bit too much time looking for one kind of jam for an elderly friend, finally called her on mobile, and once I did find the brand, the bloody prats were out of the variety she wanted.
AAARRRRUGH! GRRRRR! Oh well. Wasted a good twenty minutes though.

yes, it's obnoxious but those stores are big on reorganizing and moving things depending on how well they sell. if something is a HOT item, it will get moved closer to the front around this time, and if it isn't selling so well, they will either try to hype it up, or move it out of the way for better items.
for them, it's all about placement and how to make the best money.
