You will receive your commission once the condo is complete. If you are selling an individual unit - it will be received at the closing. If you are selling the entire condo complex - your commission will still be given at the closing.

You'll get your money after the seller gets their money. After FUNDING. This might be at closing, it might be a few hours after closing, it might be a few days after closing.
