some of this companies from the Internet to find out where is he working - even if i have to pay, would i get introuble?

She wants me to find out becase he does not wants to pay child support. if i don't get in trouble, any pages out there that will help me to find out where is working using his SSN?

Did i read you right? You said..."where 'his' husband is"? He should carry his responsibilities as a father. You find him, and get him banged to rights. Just pass his ssn on to the proper local authorities. No, i don't know of any such sites, try looking through your local government webs.

Most state have Departments that will Handle this type of Issue. It is called the child support enforcement division. Get in touch with someone there and they will help you. There methods of getting this information is relative fast. They also put him into the system and even if he changes jobs they will track him down.

Do you have a court order stating that he owes you child support. If not, you need to go through the process of getting the child support court ordered. If you do not have documents from the court then you are chasing your tail.

I think that using anothers personal information is a crime!!!!

There are many agencies that go after deadbeat dads nowadays. I would let her handle it though, as you are uninvolved in the situation. She has a right to look for him, you don't.

She should contact the courts and file non-support papers or call Heraldo.
