Contact a driving school. Some of them actually rent their cars for driving exams for a fee. They will even go over the last minute stuff with you. This is how my husband got his license. Good luck!

I find it interesting that you have insurance with no car. Automobiles are insured; not the individual. You have to have a vehicle in order for an insurer to carry you.
If you mean you have health or life insurance, that doesn't mean squat considering auto insurance.
I suspect that "no one will let me use their car" because perhaps you have been untrustworthy. At 30 years old and attempting to get a license, this was my first red flag.
Have you lost your license ? And now are trying to re-instate it ? Go to a driving school and ask for details.

First, stop yelling (turn off Caps Lock). Your first option is to borrow one from a friend, if you have any - with cars. Second, you can go to a driving school and test-out of the driving part of the exam. This is usually simpler than doing it at the DMV.

Here's the capper,
#1 You have to have a licensed driver with you. Ask a "friend" if they will go out with you driving and teach you to drive, when they say NO ask them how they got their license. I guarantee someone went driving with them.
I agree with others, call a driving school and aske your snotty frineds to pitch in to pay for it since they wont help you!

you need a license to drive not a permit...first you get a permit THEN you get the license
