A lot of you are saying they need a new QB, a new coach, a new Offensive line, etc.
But really, the buck stops at the owner. Until Al Davis leaves as owner, or dies, the Raiders are doomed!

I'm a die hard Raiders fan, but until they get a good offensive coordinator, a line that isn't so offensive, a better running game, and an upgrade at QB, they will be stuck where they are. Aaron Brooks is OK at best. They have great receivers, but they run too deep of routes with that line they have. Getting Randy Moss was one of the worst things they could have done. They had Doug Gabriel, then let him go to NE where he is doing good. Being I'm from the Chicago area, I've seen what John Shoop did for the Bears. Now he's killing another offense.

Sorry, but Aaron Brooks will never convince me that he's that good of a QB.
They need a stud RB and a line to block. Brooks can last for a year or two. I'd almost tell them to go after Adrian Peterson out of Oklahoma in the draft.

There are alot of good players coming in the next years draft so if they choose wisely then who knows where they will be next year. Look at the Saints they were horrible last year then they got Bush, and the other receiver in the 7th round thats having a pro bowl year then the free agency pick up of Drew Brees and now there on the verge of winning thier division.

They actually are playing decent defense as of late. They need a lot of work on offense and I think a new coach and front office are necessary. Most of thier problems are organizational, they have the talent they just aren't putting it together.

there is a lot of potential within that team...they need work on the offensive line and thesecondary...first things first, they need to toss art shell....one of the most inept coaches...his reaction on the sidelines reflect how much he's in over his head...kinda of like dubya's usual facial expressions
