don't go to resort business. there's a lot of it already especially in cebu. i think the best thing is go to health business. the province of visayas and mindanao is not that complete when it comes to health. try putting up a dialysis center in general santos. thet would surely make money because they don't need to travel that far just to get dialysis treatment. and people are dying without that. give a special rate.

Gen San is a place were boxers were discovered. Maybe you can build a gym. A boxing gym with work out equipments. You can also try billiard cafe because billiards is becoming no. sport on the Philippines right now both by rich and poor people.

If you have a lot of capital you can start a fuel ethanol plant that processes sugarcane. The alternative fuels industry will see a big boom in this part of the world.
