Concert tickets or something they could actually use but personalize it. For instance Execs could always use pens so purchase those really nice pen sets that they keep beyond the glass. Or get a portfolio with engraved gold-plated labels. Something that you can add a personal touch to. Something they wouldn't do for themselves. I read recently that for Brad Pitts B-day Angie didn't know what to get the guy who had everything so she arranged for him to tour a home with due to the architecture. Apparently he has a fascination for it and studied a bit about it.

If they have everything, you should get them something they already have. Who says you cannot have more than one of anything? For example, how many shirts do you have? Could you stand another one? Sure! Most importantly, your gift is acknowledging them as having some importance to you, which is really part of the gift and something not everyone has.

You could offer to do something they don't like doing over a certain period of time, say, the washing up for 3 months, taking their clothes to the dry cleaners, buying their Christmas presents for him, doing the cooking, ironing, etc etc...

try an ethical gift, charities such as concern, trocaire and bothar accept donations at christmas to buy specific items eg farm animals, medication, mosquito nets for families in developing countries and they are in the name of the person you buy the gift for so they will be sent a card and im not sure, but i think they update him/her on the progress of the animal with the family, etc.

A perplexing problem. My solution is to figure out what they like and use regularly, such as a favorite brand of cologne, or as other mentioned, vouchers. I always try to aim for something other than a voucher, however. My mom and dad, for instance, always appreciated new clothes, my mom new almost anything.
I hope this helps,

Happy Christmas!

Or if the person enjoys wine log onto www.iwantoneofthose.com and you can adopt a vine, you can visit it and help harvest them and get to go wine tasting.

Phuck all.... ( but i find that very strange as no one person can have it all .... this person may be very sad as "Everything " may not what he/she wants )..... there may be something that he/she thinks he/she can never have/own..!.... that's the underlining question.!...nuff said.
Happy xmas... :)
