1) that sounds painful as hell
2) wouldn't it be hard to pee with a piercing in there?
3) wouldn't it be hard to pull the foreskin back? (don't you uncircumsized guys have to pull the skin back to pee and have sex, right? I wouldn't know cause I'm circumized and I don't have a foreskin)
4) wouldn't it be hard to have sex (and wouldn't it hurt the other person)?
5) wouldn't that mean you could never use a condom?
