package tours are always more expensive than booking yourself, this is because the agents will take a commision, cebu pacific fly very cheap to hong kong, surf the net and hunt out a good cheap hotel,
the advantage of a packeage tour is if you are short on time to plan your trip, they take care of everything, i always travel independantly, but that suits me.

no particular agency but look for cebu pacific airlines.they've got cheap fares to hongkong or anywhere else.check also some of their promos,they had this promo before, i think last March that cost less than ten peso to go to HK but of course that does not include taxes but still, a fare that's less than P10.00?wow!
