The engine is still moveing ,more when i reverse, the guy who did the motor montes.said its the transmission and the transmissison guy says it the motes? who do i believe,????

Neither. Take your vehicle to several different repair shops and get several opinions on the problem. You don't mention the year make and model of the vehicle. You might also stop by the dealer to see if there are any Service Bulletins on the problem.
