A Cosmic Cube is a cube-shaped matrix that holds vast energies that are responsive to the wills of sentient beings. A sentient being can use a Cosmic Cube to manifest his thoughts as reality, and thus to accomplish virtually anything he or she desires. The nigh-omnipotent Beyonder was actually half of a Cosmic Cube. Sentient beings can create a Cosmic Cube by generating a particular kind of force field which opens a rift into another dimension. A force will slip through the rift which can be collected within a matrix, which the force then (usually) shapes into a perfect cube (like Owen Reece did when he became Molecule Man). (In The Infinity Crusade it was revealed that not all Cosmic Cubes are literal cubes.) This force provides the power of the Cosmic Cube that has thus been created. Eventually, a Cosmic Cube will evolve and develop its own sentience, which is influenced by the minds of the sentient beings which have wielded it. I'd probably use it for evil. I mean, all that power? It would probably consume me! Or if my conscience got the best of me, I'd make myself ridculously rich and evade the IRS in a style similar to the above person's. Or I'd just nuke the IRS. Yeah, I like that better. Why run, when you can dominate??

What would I do? Bring back 8 track tapes... No seriously. Well If I were to do this I would ensure that all actions that I take involving this CUBE are civil so that I create a well rounded being and not some half twisted maniac. I'd just use it to bring back one of the ships from Independence day, and then use that to travel the stars and escape the IRS.

Use it to acquire a sailing yacht and go sailing. There world is fine without a god as far as I'm concerned. And I'm not really much of an authority figure...

I would trade it for a "Rubics" cube, they are safer and more fun. If that wasn't available, I'd go for a sugar cube. Again, safer and more fun.
