Yes, there is an area in Dublin called the Temple Bar area (Fleet street) , on Fleet there is a very good sized American sports bar that televises a lot of American sports, just go to "Temple Bar area, go to Fleet street and ask around, its not hard to find, It has large open windows and they advertise very well you can't miss it. Pretty good burgers too!!!

I am sorry to break the bad news to you, but it will be very hard to find American football on TV in Ireland. It is not a sport they follow closely over there.
