A chainsaw is about the only type of wsaw that is worth sharpening,
There are files and kits at any hardware store for that.
Other saws. find a professional or better yet just go buy a new one.

You didn't specify what kind of saw, but, I'm wondering if you aren't asking about a handsaw. A handsaw is "sharpened" using a sawset, which bends the teeth back to the original angle. A cross cut or rip saw use different degrees of "set" and a sawset is adjustable for just this reason. Sawsets have been used for many many years and can often be found in antique stores. However, a decent sharpening service or a decent hardware store that offers sharpening should be able to provide this service. Good Luck.

A saw can be sharpened using 10cm or 15cm triangular files. The file should have all the three faces of the same shape & size. Hold the saw firmly in a vice close to the teeth you are going to file. See that you actually sharpen the apex of the teeth, not just make the teeth deeper.

Clamp the saw in a vice between two pieces of wood, use the saw-set on every tooth and file every cutting edge at the same angle. If you don't, the resultant mess will never cut in a straight line (even if you know what you are doing). So... buy a new one with hard-point teeth and save yourself hours of work, or try to find a saw doctor to do it for you and probably pay more than the tool is worth.

dremel has a bit and a angle attachment for chainsaw sharpening, the first time you use it, it pays for itself. around here, its 15.00 for a sharpening. it takes a little practice , but after that , it takes very little time to sharpen
