Pretty much any bar in Lincoln Park or LakeView will sponsor as long as you go their after games and spend $$. They'll float you some discounts also.

The phonebook would be a great place to start. Get a list of approximately 20 business and create a kind of form letter (you can probably find one on office.microsoft.com) that asks for sponsorship.
I would start it by telling what the organization is and sell the benefit the company would get from it (their logo on your jerseys, maybe?)
