I live in Ohio and even though it is not super cold, it is cold enough and I am a skinny dude and I get cold. I wear long johns and warm clothes but my problem is that if I go into a warm place I sweat a little, especially my feet, and then I am cold the rest of the day no matter if I put more layers on. Is there a certain way to stay warm inside and outside that will help my feet stay dry?

Well, dressing in layers is a two part process buddy! You dress in layers, such as long johns, a shirt, a sweater, a coat, etc. They key is that whenever you go indoors, take off at least one layer right away.
So if you're wearing long johns, a shirt and a coat, when you step inside take the coat off, your hat, your gloves and your scarf if you have on one. It takes some practice and its not always practical, but give it a shot!
As for the socks: Get socks that are a synthetic/cotton blend and put powder on your feet. If you follow the method of removing layers IMMEDIATELY after going indoors, you should be just fine!!!

Layers layers layers! (ex: tank impressive, lengthy sleeve, sweater, coat) this delivers 4 ranges of warmth temperature that you will be able to administration reckoning at the position you're. placed on hats! This keeps you warmth outdoors and is somewhat detachable as with out delay as interior. Wool tights for garments and skirts. wearing tights or nylons particularly than complete on lengthy underclothes would help that interior/outdoors temp massive distinction. warmth foot placed on, hence of reality the floor is somewhat chilly your ft habit distinct that chilly into your body so be efficient to placed on themes with thick soles. do no longer ignore mittens/gloves too. i imagine of you'll locate in case you position on hats and mittens you'll no longer choose as many layers. Just don't dress like you would in the summer! If you sweat, just wear a big coat, scarf, warm pants, thin socks and boots. Should even out your body temperature.
