that's stupid of course Satan believes in god , otherwise he wouldn't have tried to take over the thrown,he just doesn't love god because jealousy is in his heart

I believe Satan does believe in God because he had a personal relationship with God and was turned away by God

You obviously haven't read the Bible, or you didn't read it carefully. In the book of James 1:19 states, the demons believe in God, this would of course include their leader the devil. Isaiah 14:13and following gives an account of Lucifer's fall. The Book of Revelation foretells of a war between Satan and God, needless to say God wins, again.

Satan does believe in GOD he was actually once the angel that stood in front of him. He was given so much respect and admiration that he became prideful. That was his flaw; he thought he was just as important and powerful as GOD. That's when him and his followers were thrown down from that kingdom. He still believes in God and still has to ask permission (refer to the story of Job- in the bible). He believes and is fearful of his punishment to come.

It is supposed that Satan, the devil or whatever you choose to call it is a fallen angel that let God down, so instead of redim for what he done prefer to "make war" against God.
