Do you hold a patent on your name? If not, he can put it where he wants. Just writing a persons name doesn't constitute slander. When it is accompanied by a derogatory term it is. It's his *** and his problem now,let him answer for it, I'm sure there will be questions he'll have to answer.

no you cant because he can use the defense that its a different girl with that name and you cant prove hes lieing...its his body he can ink it up as much as he wants with whatever he wants.
