OMG I know! Seriously! It seems the standard is biggie sized drive through from McDonalds in the morning accompanied by a mountain dew or rockstar/redbull and whatever waste they can find to stick in their bodies as a poor excuse for a lunch, a daily 20oz frapuccinno from starbucks and more fat, grease, starch and pre-packaged heart attacks of dinner options. And people wonder why they can't breath well anymore after walking up the stairs or have sore ankles. What about apples and cheese for a snack instead of chips or ho-ho's? What about yogurt fruits and smoothies for breakfast? What about salad and steak or chicken breasts for dinner with VEGETABLES? If it's quick, you gotta get it right? It's says "healthy" on the package- or it doesn't say unhealthy so it must be good to go for me... "Why am I getting so fat? It must be my parents fault?" People don't take the time to see what SHOULD go in their body rather than what's fast or what tastes good. And I don't think half the shizt unhealthy (aka overweight) people eat tastes anygood anyway.

Funny, I thought people who used the term shirtlifters were that themselves.

Jesus! How do you know it was a British person who wrote this? Everyone is so quick to jump down each others throats! It is obvious that this person is a little troll stirring things up, and by God, everyone falls for it!

More than half the adults in the UK are heavier than recommended. About 2 in 5 adults are overweight, and about a further 1 in 5 are obese. Not only that, your Queen needs an eyebrow tweezing really badly.

Yeah....and most Brits either have terrible dental hygiene or bad teeth is heriditary to only the British Isles.

Shall we continue sparring or is it necessary to become our good old arrogant selves and slap you around like we did back in 1776?

Only kidding Dickie old chum. We here are all aware of being acutely overweight. Thats precisely why calorie bins like McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, et al have their "Low fat salad meals" and such.

Most homes have mirrors, so they already do know. What's a shirtlifter?
