May be website or other courses?

An immersion program would the best way. You could enroll in a study abroad program or French classes in France, Belgium or the French region (Quebec) in Canada. If this is not possible at this moment, then you should check if the French Alliance in your area is offering any classes. Another method is Rosetta Stone - which uses a web-based program to disseminate its language courses (I believe it costs approximately $50/month).
Good luck!

Go to an accredited institution - one which provides diplomas or certificates, or holds exams, which are all internationally recognized - in Quebec, France, Switzerland, or Belgium. Or look up your local chapter of the Alliance Francaise.
