The 92 natural elements occur in nature with no help from man. The very light ones were made at the beginning of everything, some of the slightly heavier ones were made in active stars and the very heavy ones were made when stars exploded.

The 92 occurring (i.e. natural) elements are in the periodic table. Just type 'periodic table' in a search engine and you will get a diagram of one. They cover hydrogen all the way up to uranium.

As for how we got them....? Well, the big bang formed the earth and a bunch of crazy stuff happened to get all of those elements.

I think there's actually only 91 naturally ocurring elements on earth. Element 43 (Technetium) and element 61 (Promethium) do not occur naturally and element 93 (Neptunium) is found in trace amounts.
