No. I think your question breaks down into two parts: the moral part (should you feel guilty is what I think you're really asking) and any "other" reasons to get serviced or decide not to get serviced.
The first part about feeling guilty: that's really up to you. Will you feel any better about it if everyone is paying for it? Decide for yourself, because even if you let someone else's opinion change your mind, they're not going to be around later to make you feel any better or worse about your decision.
Second, I say definitely not. Why? Because anyone who accepts money for sex has had sex with a lot of people. Even if you use protection, it does NOT protect you from all sexually transmitted diseases. She (or he) may seem and look totally fine, but give you something like herpes and you may end up dealing with cold sores and sores on your privates for the rest of your life. Cold sores are caused by sexually transmitted diseases and every time you get one, it will be like dealing with acne times ten because you'll probably worry about what other people are thinking about you or your past. If you're married, that would bring it out into the open and your spouse/partner would have to deal with it to. You can transmit herpes even when you're symptom free.
That's just one example of one disease. It's not just about pregnancy and AIDS. Even if you use a condem that is 99% effective, do you really want to take a 1 in 100 chance that either of those two things may happen? The more you do it, the lower the 100 number becomes.
Hey man, whatever you decide to do, just make sure you do some research first. I'd hate to see you make your decision based on the opinion of other people (like me). Instead, ask yourself if you have a problem with it. If you don't, then base it on the facts (and make the decision ahead of time).

Never had to pay for it. Before I was married, if I wanted to get serviced, I would go out and find someone willing.

Food and drinks count... and movies and shows. Gifts for various events. Missed time from your friends has to have a value too. Yeah... paid alot!
