I know how you feel. I used to be jus lke you, always lyin to everyone n all...
but I'm soo much better now (I mean I'm honest now). Here's how I think you can get over it....

* I thought about how my friends and family would react when they found out. I used to lie to my mum all the time. Once I told her this really big lie and she found out and she got real pissed at me. it was horrible, I couldn't talk to her for days..... dont let things get that bad or worse

*Think about it like this: On judgement God will be standing there and telling everyone there all your sins including all the lies you said.
How you gonna feel then when the amount of lies you told lead to the opening of the gates of hell for you and where the devil waits, arms spread, to greet you.....

*You tell one lie and you gotta tell another to cover for the first one and it just keeps going..it doesnt stop.
Yur brain jus cant think too much, it gets tired too, one day it'll die on you and you'll hav nuthin

*PRAY!!!

I hope I was of some help
:)
Oh I hope its not too long...

Well firstly, do your absolute best not to get 'stuck'. If you do get stuck, but you've done your best, what else can you do?

Also, reflect on the nature of truth and reality. So many problems in the world are a result of societies being misled. Lying is the worst possible crime you could commit- it distorts others' realities and thus your own.

I don't even like the 'little white lies'. You have the right to not feel inhibited about your thoughts and feelings.

When all else fails, don't say anything! Silence is golden.

Once you are proud of yourself, or simply accept youself for what you are, the problem will go away on it's own. Either that, or you will simply get tired of covering your tracks every time you turn around. Quit trying to live a fantasy life, live in the real world and do the things you need to do to bolster your self esteem within yourself. You don't need to apologize for your shortcomings, if man were even capapble of being perfect there would be no reason for Jesus Christ!

A lie is an untruthful statement made to someone else with the intention to deceive. To lie is to say something one believes to be false with the intention that it be taken for the truth by someone else.

A lie involves the use of conventional truthbearers, (i.e., statements in words or symbols) and not natural signs. Intentional deceit involving natural signs, such as wearing a wig, shamming a limp, or wearing a fake arm cast, is not usually classed as "lying", but as "deception".

A true statement may be a lie. If the person who makes the true statement genuinely believes it to be false, and makes the statement with the intention that his audience believe it to be true, then this is a lie (see Jean-Paul Sartre, Le Mur (1937)). When a person lies he or she is intentionally untruthful, but he or she is not necessarily making an untrue statement.

A lie-to-children is an expression that describes a lie told to make an adult subject, such as sex, acceptable to children. The most common example, though not currently in widespread use, is "The stork brought you."

A white lie is a lie which, although a lie, is harmless. A common example of a white lie is, "You look marvelous", at least when the person who makes the statement believes it to be false and does intend that the other person believe the statement to be true .

Lying by omission means allowing another person to believe something to be true that one believes is false, by failing to reveal one's belief, rather than by being untruthful. Hence it is normally classified not as a lie but as an act of deception.

Perjury is not the same as lying, since it does not require an intention to deceive, and since it requires that the statement(s) made, under oath, be false as well as untruthful, and be about facts material to the hearing. One can lie under oath without perjuring oneself (if the lies are not about facts material to the case, or if the lies happen to be true), and one can perjure oneself without lying (if one lacks the intention that anyone believe one's untruthful and false statements about facts material to the case).

Bluffing is an act of deception that is not usually seen as immoral because it takes place in the context of a game where this kind of deception is consented to in advance by the players. For instance, a gambler who deceives other players into thinking he has different cards than he really does, or an athlete who indicates he will move left and then actually dodges right, are not considered to be lying. In these situations, deception is accepted as a tactic and even expected.

Indirectly lying is when a person tells a statement that isn't an outright lie, but still has the purpose of making someone believe in an untruth.

You need to face the truth yourself first. Then you can try to talk positively again.

There is no need to lie because most people know anyway.

Give the truth a chance, none of us are perfect and we've all told the occasional lie.

It will take time. Habits and patterns take a while to change. Start small and work up to the dig stuff. Make a concerted effort on little things, and then you will develop a rhythm of truth telling.

telling the truth might hurt, but it will hurt much worse if the person finds out you lied to them.

for the sake of your friendships tell the truth.

What is so bad that you have to lie to them?
Why are you lying to them?

Its hard work keeping up lies and trying to keep track of what you tell different people.

it will make things simpler for you in the long run if you just tell TELL THE TRUTH!

If you are a compulsive liar, then you need help and don't put it off. Seek professional help...something in your personality or background has made you this way. I recommend therapy to get to the root cause of your problem.
