I know that all matter is broken down as MOLECULES; ATOMS; ELECTRONS, PROTONS & NEUTRONS; QUARKS & LEPTONS...but what is the most fundamental particle of a baseball? Is it the same for any object with mass?

Baseballs are made by combining different elements not sure what they all are,you got leather, the dye that made it white etc etc..each element has a certain number of protons that makes it that element..Protons & Neutrons make up the nucleous of atoms with electrons surrounding it..Quarks make up protons & neutrons,so the quarks would be the most fundemental as it is in all matter...So far, till they find another particle

To the best of our knowlegde, the most fundamental particle is the electron. This is true for all forms of matter.

There is another series of ideas called String Theory or M-Theory, which would predict another more fundamental particle called a string. These ideas are still being tested and revised.
