There's no such thing as a city of choice. Rich and poor like large cities or rural towns to live in. I will tell you some of our larger, more cultural cities (we have so many, but these are the largest): New York City, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Miami.
