live in a bad neighborhood and the nearest gym is about 30 minutes away, i dont have a treadmill but i do have a Taebo Tape. I was told to lose weight and get rid of cellulite to run and drink lots of water, but i am in the situation where i do not have the option to run as much as i would like to.

Would taebo be a good alternative?

After I had my Daughter me and my sister did tae bo for quite awhile, I hate running so any workout that actually gets you to work out is best! but that aside tae bo does work out different areas of the body so you actually get more of a toning all over and it burns calories well. Also the taebo is pretty fun (as far as working out goes anyway) I did lose about 15 pounds after I started doing it. I am sure it was partially about the tae bo but I think also once you choose to do things to inspire weight loss and healthier things the comes a little easier (easier to remember not to pig out to much if you are already working out) drop one dress/pant size and that will inspire you further!!!!
