try this
Close all browsers, Start > Settings > Control panel > Java Plugin [version number] > Choose Cache and click remove JAR Cache
if u look here..it will give u step by step...plus snapshoys of what the screen looks like that u should be changing

Any antivirus software will give the data....! I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

Follow the advice of Big_Chris above^ and empty your JAVA temporary files in your JAVA console to get rid of JAVA byte verify.
