ere is what I found.
Note: This information is not mine for ease I will copy and paste it, It may be subject to the authors and or forums copyright, as well McDonald's is a registered trademark of McDonald's Worldwide Holdings Inc. and properly authorized franchise locations as under license by McDonald's Corporate.

McDonald's claims to serve 47 million customers worldwide, daily. Presumably the answer to your question varies widely based upon location: I live in an extremely small town and there is a McDonald's (of course, smile.) I assume the McDonald's in Time Square sells many, many more times the hamburgers than the McDonald's in my small backwater.

Hope This Helps

...as much as the public can consume in one day.

McDonald's Corp. says that in November, same-store sales at its hamburger restaurants rose 6.2 percent, boosting the company's shares to a seven-year high...

The company operates about 30,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries...multiply that by the amount of people that walk through their doors and drive through their windows... wow.

I wonder how many cows are killed each year for just McDonald's restaurants alone.
