That doesn't reflect freedom of speech (or the lack of) - they were TRESPASSING. Speaking of Cindy Sheehan: have you read about what she is actually NOT doing? Like providing tomb stone for her son's grave? Check it out - Ms. Sheehan is not all she appears to be.

Freedom of speech does not trump trespass and breaking other laws. You break a law...there should be consequences. The heart of peaceful protest is being willing to accept the consequences...not get a free pass, just because you believe your cause is just.

Freedom of speech does not imply the right to overstep your civil rights. Trespassing is trespassing and that applies to all.

Of course in the mean time you know our government will not have any of this and will quash it whenever and wherever they can.

Definitely could be a violation. Just because they were "convicted" of trespassing doesn't mean they actually broke any laws! That's a convenient catch-all conviction that really means "we need an excuse to keep you and yr opinion out of here"

That has nothing to do with freedom of speech. No one stopped them from saying anything. They were stopped for trespassing and refusing to leave. Please don't confuse the two, we already have enough dumb people out their without confusing them more.

You have the right to say what you want, but not trespassing. Big difference.

Don't you mean freedom to Trespass????

She can open her foul mouth anywhere she wants but she should also obey the laws. Which she seems unable to do.

Oh...and that was me expressing my freedom of speech.
