If you are using Windows Internet Explorer:

Left click on Tools
Left click on Internet Options
Left click on Delete Cookies

Left click on Clear History

Left click on OK

Close IE then reopen

If you are using Firefox:

Left click on Tools
Left click on Clear Private Data

or
.

.
Left click on Tools
Left click on Options
Left click on Privacy
Left click on Settings
Check all boxes including Clear private data when closing Firefox
Left click on OK button
Close Firefox then reopen.

If all else fails use My Computer, then go to

Delete cookies from here where username is your account name

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Cookies

and here

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Delete History from here where username is your account name

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\History

Have fun but be safe.

Tools -> Internet Options -> delete temp internet files/delete history/delete cookies

once you've done that and if they haven't gone away, i suggest Free AVG or running your computers disk cleanup which can be found on the start button -> all programs -> accessories -> system tools
