The older I get, the harder it is to maintain a sexy young figure. Do I need to give up chocolate all together?

the reason it "makes you fat" is because chocolate contains mood enhancers.....thus we, in turn indulge more for the euphoric value

Chocolate is not a particular agent of obesity. You get fat by accumulating non-necessary energy under the form of fat. If you need 3000 calories per dy but consume 6000, the remaining is stored as fat. The problem is you don't eat chocolate because you are hungry but because it's sweet; but you already got the energy needed by eating regular meals, so...
Moderation is the key since the chocolate is not necessary...

Chocolate contains lots of fat.
Chocolate that has been processed (as in chocolate bars, milk chocolate, etc.) also contains lots of sugar (by itself, chocolate has a sour taste).

Chocolate contains caffeine which can be mildly addictive. Once you have gotten your body used to eating chocolate regularly, it wants more (therefore more fat and more sugar).

You need to watch your calorie intake. chocolate has sugar carbs sugar cars turn into fat if they arent burnt off after eating it. 3000 calories equals one pound. your body requires 2000 calories a day. kepp it at 2000 or under and u wont gain any weight

Eating too much of anything will make you fat. All you need is moderation and exercise.

Nope, you just need to eat it in moderation. Anything that you eat in excess can make you fat.
