I have tried to renew nortoninternet security 2003 windows me I get renewal for windows xp will it work on my 200 dell computer?

Since Microsoft no longer supports ME, no programs are offered for it, however, Norton Internet Security for XP will work, but some features will be unavailable.

nortons 2003 and 2004 are no longer supported, so doesn't seem likely that you will be able to renew the subscription.
