Do you enjoy dining out more if your Waiter or Waitress is hot looking?
Let's assume that they are doing their job correctly first, because hot or not, few things are worse while dining out than unattentive Waitstaff.
NOW...Do you find you enjoy your dining experience more if you have a hot looking Waiter or Waitress serving you?
OR...Do you find it to be too distracting checking out the Waitstaff, that you might be more relaxed with someone that you didn't notice their looks?
ALSO...Do think you are inclined to tip good looking Waitstaff more than someone not as good looking who did the same job?

This is coming form someone in the hospitality business:
Presentation is important. If served by a well put-together, attractive (as opposed to a slovenly, poorly groomed) server, the overal experience will be much more pleasant.
In addition, people are often more competent (and confident of their skills) when they feel they are attractive and take pride in their appearance.
If served by a gregarious, friendly, gracious, attractive server, I will certainly tip better than if I had been served by a slovenly, slouching, surly, cranky server. Appearance is but a component of the whole package of hospitality.
.....But If I received lousy service from a supermodel, the experience would be diminished, and so would be the tip.
As a waiter, I always try to look, and act as nice as possible.

No, someone hot looking (especially if they know it...or at least think they are) does not make a difference in my dining experience. Service and the quality of the food are most important...I'm not paying to look at the help, but to enjoy the food.
Now, it certainly does help if they are attractive, clean, and pleasant. Clean and pleasant being the main thing.
I certainly wouldn't tip better if they look good, tips are based on merit...did they do their job...they can be drop-dead gorgeous and do a fair job and they're only getting a fair tip, but they can be plain looking do an outstanding job and they'll get an outstanding tip.

Ok..I'm a waitress, and I am pretty good looking so I've been told, I would just call myself average, but anyway, I have found that tip wise I tend to make more money than the other girl I work with but I think that because of my personality...I myself tip for the service...not for the looks of the waitrer or waitress.

properly it isnt each thing if the waiter is warm or not. I mean specific its a plus because of the fact which you have a warm waiter taking your order and serving you and issues like that whether it rather doesnt rely. He ought to nonetheless be warm however the provider must be rather undesirable which might make your eating adventure a not good one. So specific that's superb each each now and then yet while the provider is sweet and each thing is sweet then I say that's super i does not whinge!!!!!

From personal experience as a server I get tipped better, from men and women, if I put on makeup and wear tighter shorter clothes..not slutty just tighter and shorter...
I know that I want my waiter or waitress to be clean, it doesn't matter what they look like or if they dress in sexy clothes just that what they are wearing is clean and they do thier jobs...but you never know it may be an unconcious action...

Hot waitresses are better (looking) and I would definitely give them bigger tips. They earned it... Maybe some day I'll see her out... and shed say 'Hi'. Then we would make out, fall in love, and have a bunch of hot waitress children. Who doesn't want a nice meal with a large order of Breasts on the side?

ok- it all depends on who u are dining with- if its ure parents i wish the server is not a hot guy cuz then i get all conscious of my self.
with ure friends damn right its awesome having a hot guy wait ure table!!!! still get a bit conscious but then if ure with ure friends it all fine!!
now the tipping no matter how they look still tip em about 15% of whatever the bill is. if the service is awesome then u get more, but the tipping part, it all depends on how well the server

Personality is what makes it better, if they have a good attitude that makes the meal more enjoyable. If they are good looking and they keep screwing up I think they just dont give a F---. Or they are new. I just want someone who works hard and doesn't just treat you like every other customer.

Absolutely! Unfortunate, but true. I've been in the business 15 years. The better you look, the more you make. It's human nature to be more open and receptive to something attractive to the eye,don't ya think?
