I have a xmas fancy dress party at work, the idea is to go as a movie character or star. I have no other options available other than a tuxedo. I think overalls would be better. I need some ideas of who wore overalls in a film so that i can go as someone! Please help

The Super Mario brothers wore overalls... Go as Mario or Luigi :)
P.s. They are actually plumbers... And there is a Mario Brothers film out there with Bob Hoskins!

Mechanics DON'T wear Overalls. Farmers do! Mechanics wear a mechanic's jumpsuit. Overalls have straps for the shoulders and no sleeves with lots of pockets. Which one are you talking about please? If you mean mechanic's jumpsuit, then I'd go with Michael Myers or 'the Thunder Road guys from Grease'... If you mean overalls, just go as a farmer. :-)
