According to the "Top Ten Baby Names" study, the most common boys name is Aiden (for the last two years) and the most common girls name is Emma (for the Lats 3 years).

As a teacher, I always run into the following names (and usually have 3 or more kids with that name)
Mark, Kevin, Wesley, Morgan (girl or boy), Riley (girl or boy), Chris, Hannah, Sarah, Kelsey, etc... :)
