why dont they give me a direct visa as i love my wife very much and i havent seen her from past 7 months. i want to meet her soon so i dont want to take any risk for delay.

The reason you can't get a direct visa is due to the 9/11 tragedy. it is harder to get in the U.S. now then before because of the idiots from Iran, Iraq and others that have problems with the U.S. hang in there and good luck. the questions probably would be close to applying for citizenship in the us.

If the marriage is a sham to get visa for Canada, the Embassy officials will find it out. If not, u shud not worry.
