Because all we do is play as a kid and as an adult we have to grow up w/responsibilities.

i sppose when you are a kid, you have got so much energy, and exciting and new things around you, and insted of working, you play all day. But when you grow up, life gets duller, and after an exhausting day, you look forward to getting rest.

in childhhod we have no worries.when we are adult there are many problems and we feel better in bed to sleep

Well, with age our lives become more complicated causing stress which tends to drain our energy and make us a little more tired.
