I found the best way to remove grout stains is using an "eraser sponge" made by Chux or Vileda. Buy it in supermarkets near rubber gloves, dont need to use detergents just water, fantastic also on shower glass and coffee cups etc.

Use a cream cleaner with bleach and apply it to the grout and let it sit for 15 minutes then scrub with wet old brush and rinse. You may have to do this a couple of times.

Oxy clean seems to work for me.
Then when you do get them clean get some sealer to seal the grout and you won't have the problem again.

Apply concentrated hydrogen peroxide over the affect areas for some time and wash, you will feel difference
