They're tracking when the Wii, TMX Elmo and a bunch of other toys are available. Right now (1:30am PST 12/12/06) they're reporting that Walmart.com will have TMX Elmo in-stock for $39.97 tomorrow at 9am PST. Walmart is supposedly going to be receiving new stock of TMX Elmos every day through 12/15 (Friday) and putting them up for sale at 9am PST. Hope this helps...

Your element is valid and actual authentic. Elmo is taking over the international each 365 days right earlier Christmas! The toy agencies at the back of him are intentionally making those Elmos in short furnish to extend their revenue. they could be boycotted!!

I was able to buy an extra and am selling him for my cost ($70 + shipping if necessary). I knew how hard they were to get and really wanted my daughter to have one and got very lucky. I know it is Christmas and wanted to sell my extra. You can try and call Target in your area early in the morning to see if they have any in stock, otherwise, you can buy them on ebay.

toys r us next Sunday. 65,000 have been released nationally to toys r us stores. every store will get at least 50.
