If you are trying an 0845 number - there is an alternative which will be cheaper.... not paying National Rate.
The 0845 # is: 0845 3450335
The other # is: 01904 692224
This is the switchboard number so you can ask to be transferred to whatever local number you need.

It`s not only for Game station but all other customer
care places they leave you hanging on playing music or advertising their goods for sale.
When you get through some guy or gal who cannot speak
half good English who calls him self Elvis or some other
ridiculous sounding name then finish up with a big
phone bill yes it is all rip of crap.

Customer care in these game places, consists of little boys dressed as men. They spend all their time playing on the damned machines that they sell to idiots like us!

I think they're inundated with people after the new playstation3 and nintendo wii...i can only say keep trying x
