It's a natural feeling not to want to be alone. There are very few people in this world who can be comfortable alone, so your feelings are pretty normal :)

Since i am a single gal, i feel like that quite often. But when i go shopping and i get me a really nice pair of shoes and a great smelling perfume i say it is a good thing i do have one because then i would have to save the money to get them something. When the holidays approach i am happy because it is one christmas, valentines and easter present less, as well as one birthday less to rememeber and one present less to buy. More money for me to spend on myself.

Everyone feels lonely sometimes..a significant other wont guarantee that you wont....the lonliest feeling in the word is when you are surrounded by people who love you, yet you feel alone..
